Does this product contain caffeine?
It does not. We use the coffee fruit for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatories but there's less caffeine in this than a cup of decaf coffee.
What time of day should I take this?
Mornings work well. Also any time you need a bit of mental energy!
Can I take this product with my morning coffee or other caffeine sources?
It does not contain any stimulants so it is perfectly fine to take with coffee.
Why are the pills yellow colored? Most pills are brown.
Quercetin dihydrate is a bright yellow color which gives the capsules its unique color.
Do I take this product every day?
Yes! It is designed to take as you would your daily multivitamin
Does it need to be taken with food?
It does not, however if you experience any stomach or headaches (as with any multivitamin or supplement) then try it with food
